The staff are friendly, the breakfast is GOOD and the location is fantastic. The hotel was short way from a bus stop. Restaurant Mattmarkblick, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

I had a fantastic stay at this ski-in/ski-out hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the bus-stop and close to the ski lift. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was excellent with a good variety of options. I would highly recommend the half-board option, as the 4-course fixed menu was delicious and can be chosen daily. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to skiing in the surrounding areas through frequent bus connections.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the location was fantastic with easy access to the ski piste, bus stop and skilift. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with a great variety of options to choose from. the dinner menu was fixed but had a great selection of dishes, and we were able to choose a different 4-course meal every night.

My New Year experience was decent, the location of the hotel was good with easy access to the slopes, and the bus stop was right next to it. The breakfast was a great start to the day with a good selection to choose from. I also enjoyed being able to choose from a daily fixed menu for the half-board option.

I found the overall atmosphere to be quite boring, with very little entertainment provided during my stay. The room was okay, but definitely not worth the price paid.
